Porsolt quantifies cancer biomarkers in blood samples to support in vivo studies and clinical trials in oncology. Specialized in the multiplexed detection of cell surface and intracellular markers by flow cytometry, we can validate new blood biomarkers, perform pharmacokinetics studies, assess treatment response, or stratify patients in trials.

Although we mainly conduct biomarker studies in blood samples provided by our clients, we can obtain and analyze blood samples from external sources:

 

> Fresh blood from healthy donors, through an agreement with the French Blood Bank.

> Blood samples from patients with specific tumors, through a partnership with a comprehensive cancer center.
