Fluorometric imaging plate reader (FLIPR® Tetra) is an ultra high-throughput cellular screening system dedicated to the quantification of luminescent and fluorescent signals in homogeneous cell populations. In fact, with the FLIPR® approach, all the wells of a single microplate are analyzed simultaneously, thus dramatically reducing the turnaround time of cellular screens. Moreover, compounds' effects can be evaluated either as endpoint mode or in a kinetic way.
